All of the below criteria must apply. In the case of a couple, both applicants must satisfy all the eligibility criteria. Due to the nature of our properties we are unable to let applicants know when a property may become available. However if the Trustees believe you are eligible for a property, you will be invited to interview with the Trustees and if suitable for housing you will be placed on a waiting list.
Eligibility
- Must be of State Pensionable Age
- Resident of Poole or Bournemouth
- Must not own a home or any type of property
- In need of housing assistance as a result of limited means
- Must not be in full time paid employment
- Of good character and no history of serious debt problems
- Must be able to live independently and therefore be in reasonable health
How to Apply
- Please complete an application form found here and either drop in to the office during work hours or send via post.
- Please do not email application forms due to the sensitive information held within and our Data Protection Policy.
- You will be required to provide evidence of your financial eligibility (to include but not limited to three months of bank statements).
- As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure compliance with the Charity Commission you will be required to demonstrate your eligibility every 3 years or when requested by the Charity.
